Adored Beast Apothecary recommends starting on the lower side of the recommended daily intake and continuing this for 1-2 weeks, gradually working up to the full recommended daily intake. How long will this product last once opened? Once opened, the product should be good until the expiry date, but this will depend on the humidity around and the more you open the jar, the more moisture absorption it will get. You are good to use it until you see the change in appearance or smell of the product; that is when probiotics absorb enough moisture, and it starts to activate.
